Title: Collection Officer

Division: Business Division

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with team members in order to achieve team targets.
  • To do cold calling at few numbers daily provided by the company.
  • Able to work independently and able to manage time schedule.
  • Responsible for minimizing defaults and bad debts of ongoing loans.
  • Manage and achieve daily productivity standards in terms of attempts, contacts, and the amount collected.
  • Manage and maintain customer's accounts to ensure the accounts are current and well conducted.
  • Contact customers to remind customers of the payment schedule and obtain relevant payments.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts by utilizing phone collection techniques, dunning letters, and legal counsel.
  • Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines, and collection policies.
  • Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies to determined appropriate action.
  • Assist in developing, planning, and implementing strategies to recover principle from borrowers whose non-performing loans have been charged off.
  • Willing to do extra miles such to improve current credit policy, credit analysis methodologies such as credit scoring/portfolio, portfolio analysis, client audit, etc.
  • Performs others duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in the Financial industry will be added value.
  • Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills
  • Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Proven experience as debt recovery officer is essential for this role.
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Title: Senior Accountant

Division: CPC

Location: Bangsar

Responsibilities:

  • Professional Experience: At least 4 years of working experience in the finance of accounting. Experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
  • Educational Background: Degree or advanced qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Positive Attitude: A proactive approach to work, offering assistance and suggesting improvements to enhance processes.
  • Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies independently.
  • Time Management: The ability to manage time on a day-to-day basis to achieve completion by the deadline.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Malay, English, is preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Microsoft Excel-pivot tables, SQL or any accounting system etc.
  • Over Time: Overtime is likely to be required for the first three working days of each month to complete the monthly closing accounts. 

Requirements:

  • Manage accounts: Handle full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the latest accounting standard
  • Prepare financial reports: Timely preparation and submission of monthly accounts, financial reports, and forecasts while maintaining effective budgetary control
  • Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the account department.
  • Prepare financial statements on time each month, following MPERS.
  • Monitor and report to ensure accurate revenue and cost tracking.
  • Ensure the cash management, disbursement, journal entry and expenses reimbursement monitored and managed accordingly.
  • Managing cash inflows and outflows and ensures proper records.
  • Prepare the monthly cash flow projection for the company.
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agents, bankers, and other institutions for statutory reporting and tax filings.
  • Implement effective internal controls and compliance with company standard operating procedures related to Accounting and Finance.
  • Manage and pay tax and social security, tax returns and accounting audit matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc accounting duties when tasked by Department Head.
  • Budgeting and forecasting and analysis.
  • Prepare payment, and other tasks assigned from time to time.
  • Data extraction, Import and Export using business system
  • Demonstrate the ability to guide and motivate team members, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Support and supervise team members in Finance section in their daily transactions and reporting tasks.

Title: Call Center Agent

Division: Business Division

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  • Attended inbound calls from customers.
  • Handle appointment inquiries/requests by phone, email, and live chat.
  • Obtain patient's details and ensure all information is accurately and promptly keyed into the systems for all transactions.
  • Provide excellent and high-quality service in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure KPIs targets (e.g. customer satisfaction index, first call resolution, productivity) are met consistently to achieve the overall contact center objectives.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
  • Establish sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in the Financial industry will be added value.
  • Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Proven experience as call center staff or relevant position.
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferably Entry Level (Fresh Grads) / Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
